MOTION: Councillor W. Lavelle

Mount Bellew, Lucan

That this Council directs the Chief Executive to strategically review the zoning of the lands at Mount Bellew Way, between Lucan Educate Together NS and Fforster Square, with a view to identifying the most effective and sustainable future land-use to meet the needs of the local community.

REPORT:

The zoning objective at this location can be reviewed as part of the review process.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the motion be adopted
