That this Council directs the Chief Executive to ensure provision is made to accommodate Sporting Centres of Excellence.

REPORT:

That the South Dublin County Development Plan 2016-2022 will include policies and objectives to support and facilitate the provision of a Sporting Centre of Excellence at an appropriate location, should a proposal arise.

Recommendation

It is recommended that this motion is adopted.
