MOTION: Councillor D. O'Donovan

That the Council directs the Chief Executive to include a policy on the Pedestrian Cycle Routes should be landscaped in a biodiversity friendly manner with educational signage about biodiversity.

REPORT:

Strategic pedestrian and cycle routes have the potential to form Green Infrastructure corridors and to advance this biodiversity network, where practicable.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the motion is adopted.
