MOTION: Councillor D. O'Donovan

That the Council directs the Chief Executive to include a policy on the need to review existing number of Tree Preservation Orders. 

REPORT:

The South Dublin County Council Development Plan will include a policy to review Tree Preservation Orders and to create new orders as the need arises.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the motion is adopted.
