MOTION: Councillor P. Donovan

That this Council directs the Chief Executive to ensure the restrictions on building on the line of our mountains is upheld in the 2016 Development Plan.

REPORT:

The inclusion of policies and objectives to limit development below the 120 metre contour in the Dublin Mountain Area is considered appropriate.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the motion is adopted.
