That this Council directs our CEO to ensure that the Development Plan is built on the assertion that population growth should occur first where there is adequate local amenities and specific public transport.

REPORT:

The motion is consistent with the draft Core Strategy and is considered acceptable.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the motion is adopted.
