MOTION: Councillor E. Ó Broin

The County Development Plan will seek to ensure that new residential developments will be built in parallel with the provision of economic, social and community infrastructure.

REPORT:

This motion is agreed. The policies and objectives of the South Dublin County Council Development Plan 2016-2022 will set out a spatial planning framework that supports the development of sustainable communities with integrated economic, social and community infrastructure.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the motion is adopted.
