QUESTION: Councillor F.N. Duffy

"To ask the Chief Executive why we have not had a presentation from  an appropriate representation/delegation from Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council re Marlay Park Summer Concerts as this committee agreed in September to invite them to do same (below see motion passed in September re same)?"

MOTION: Councillor Francis Noel Duffy

"That South Dublin County Council invites an appropriate representative/delegation from Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council to make a short presentation to members explaining the current arrangement concerning the staging of concerts in Marlay Park including the type of consultative process in place, listing the stakeholders involved and engaging in the said consultative process including input from residents and resident associations in the South Dublin County Council side/part of Marlay Park."

Arrangements are currently being made for an appropriate representation/delegation from Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council re Marlay Park Summer Concerts as agreed in September.
