"To ask the Chief Executive to examine the traffic light sequence at Taylor's Lane/Whitechurch Road/Fortification Hill crossroads where there are significant tailbacks occurring up the Whitechurch Road to Whitechurch Roundabout?"

The traffic signal sequence at the above junction will be examined with a view to maximising efficiency as requested.
