QUESTION: Councillor G. O'Connell

"To ask the Chief Executive responsible for some details on the arrangements entered into between this Council and Stewarts Hospital in relation to CCTV surveillance and shared access/parking at Waterstown Park and if access to the toilet facilities in Stewarts can (if not already included) be extended to patrons of the Park?

REPLY:

The arrangement between South Dublin County Council and Stewart's Hospital in relation to Waterstown Park is that the Car park and access is a shared facility which SDCC maintains and the CCTV and Surveillance is also a shared facility maintained and monitored by Stewart's Hospital. Public access to toilet facilities in Stewarts Hospital does not form part of the arrangement.
