QUESTION: Councillor W. Lavelle

"To ask the Chief Executive to try to ensure that the planned reconstruct of the existing playground at Griffeen Valley Park takes place in early 2015 so that children and their parents from Lucan can gain maximum benefit from the reconstructed playground during the Summer months of 2015?"

REPLY:

Due to the scope and scale of this project it is unlikely that the newly reconstructed Playground will be operational by Summer 2015, however every effort will be made to expedite the project.
