MOTION: Councillor G. O'Connell

"This Committee requests that the promised works on the pedestrian bridge at the R148 Palmerston be refurbished and that consultations begin immediately with the Palmerston Community Council on how local input can be facilitated."

REPORT:

Tenders for the repainting of the pedestrian bridge are currently being prepared however due to the specialist nature of the works cannot be undertaken until weather conditions are more favourable.  It is anticipated that works will be undertaken in late Spring 2015.
