QUESTION NO. 9
QUESTION: Councillor W. Lavelle
"To ask the Chief Executive to carry-out works in 2015, in conjunction with the NRA and/or its contractors, to replace the unsightly palisade fencing at Grange Castle Road (opposite the top of the N4 Foxhunter off-ramp) with either a more attractive boundary treatment or possibly a work of art; so to improve the attractiveness of this key gateway node used by motorists traveling to both Lucan Village and Grange Castle International Business Park?"
REPLY:
Discussions will be held with the NRA and its Contractors to ascertain if a more attractive Boundary Treatment can be provided. Given the costs involved it is likely that this treatment will be restricted to painting or other similar cost effective works.
