Cathaoirleach's Business:

That this Committee agrees that in order to properly plan for Halloween 2015 Managers from Community Services and Public Realm will meet with Councillors from January 2015 to review the management of Halloween 2014 and plan events and enforcement plans for 2015.

REPORT:

Arrangements will be put in place in January to review Halloween 2014 and consider a suitable programme for Halloween 2015 event management and enforcement issues having regard to the learning obtained from the review and the additional budget provision approved by the Council.
