Re:    Proposed disposal of plots of land adjacent to Cookstown Industrial Estate, Tallaght, Dublin 24 to Henry Denny & Sons(Ireland) Ltd to regularise title. - Variation in name of Purchaser

The Council at its meeting held on 12th November, 2012, noted the proposal to dispose of two plots of land as shown outlined in red on Drawing No. LA/08/09 Rev A having a combined area of 300 square metres or thereabouts adjacent to Cookstown Industrial Estate to Henry Denny & Sons (Ireland) Ltd who had been in possession of the lands for several years. Minute No. H7b)/1112 refers.

The legal documentation to give effect to the Transfer is about to be completed and the Purchaser’s Solicitor has now informed the Council that title to the plots will be taken in the name of an associated company, Fambee Limited. The Solicitor has confirmed that both companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of Kerry Group plc.

It is therefore proposed to vary the terms for the disposal of the two plots of land adjacent to Cookstown Industrial Estate, Tallaght, Dublin 24 as shown outlined in red on Drawing No. LA/08/09 Rev A as noted by the members of the Council at its meeting held on 12/11/2012 to provide for the disposal to be in the name of Fambee Limited.

The terms and conditions otherwise to remain unchanged.
