QUESTION NO.10
QUESTION: Councillor E. Higgins
To ask that the Chief Executive consider the inclusion of a fairy wood in Rathcoole's new natural play space?
REPLY:
The Fairy Wood initiative has been a great success. Fairy woods have been provided in the mature woodland areas of Corkagh and Tymon Parks and they have proven to be very popular, especially with young families. While Rathcoole Park is a successful, small Neighbourhood Park, it does not contain any substantial woodland where such a trail might be provided.
