REPLY:
The number of Councillor Representations currently open and overdue on the Membersnet @ 31st October 2014 is detailed below:
Department | No. of Queries Outstanding | No. of Queries Answered |
Architectural Services | 4 | 23 |
Corporate Performance & Change Management | 3 | 68 |

Environment, Water & Climate Change | 154 | 2456 |

Land Use Planning & Transportation | 14 | 1798 |
Total Queries | 253 | 6158 |
The timeframe for replying to members representations is currently 10 working days. There has been a considerable increase in the number of member’s representations for 2014 in comparison to 2013. In 2013 there were 5157 representations for the entire year. At the 31st October 2014 the current figure is 6411, this represents on average increase of 210 additional queries per month.
In view of this increase and the delay in reply to member’s queries, the Corporate Performance and Change Management will carry out an organisational review of the current member’s representation system.
