QUESTION: Councillor M. Devine

"To ask that the Chief Executive Officer reassure this Council that the original Social Affordable Housing required under full P.P. granted for the Apartments at Cookstown/Maplewood will apply and be met by the current developer. Furthermore can the Chief Executive Officer confirm that the original Planning Contributions and levies still apply and will be collected in full?"

REPLY:

An application to extend the duration of the planning permission granted for this development to October 2015 was granted to facilitate the completion of the development.  All of the relevant conditions which applied to the previous permissions for this development still apply.
