QUESTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"To ask the Chief Executive when the outstanding works will be completed at Pearse Bros Park flats project - reinstatement of grass and so on?"

REPLY:

Currently the final snags are being completed as part of the completion of the defects liability period.

There have below average reports of faults or snags and the contractor, Townlink Construction, have been attentive in resolving any issues.

The contractor has confirmed that the landcaping defects will be completed by the 17th October 2014.
