QUESTION NO. 2

QUESTION: Councillor J. Graham

To ask the Manager to provide a report on the number of windows that have been replaced thus far in the Clondalkin LEA by estate and also provide the number of those that are scheduled to be replaced by estate by the end of this calendar year?

REPLY:

The Budget for the 2014 window programme is €900,000 and the anticipated number of completions countywide would be in the region of 160.  115 are either completed or in progress, 41 of these are in the Clondalkin Area, which represents 36% of the overall figure.

These are located in the estates of Deansrath, Dunawley, Foxdene, Harelawn, Kilmahuddrick, Lindisfarne, Liscarne, Melrose, Neilstown, Old Church, Pinewoods and St Ronans, Greenfort.

A further 7 houses are anticipated to be completed by the end of the year in the following estate - Deansrath, Foxdene, Oak Way and St Ronans.
