"To ask the Chief Executive that a tripping hazard was identified at or near ***Address Supplied, the footpath is raised within the vicinity of a man-hole installation and this query was referred earlier this year to the Council's Roads section for inspection and repair of the pedestrian path. Can you confirm up to date position?"

The Area Engineer has been requested to include for the repair of the tripping hazard in the works programme.
