QUESTION: Councillor D. O'Donovan

"To ask the Chief Executive to provide us with the up to date situation with the Dalriada estate and if the developer has engaged with SDCC?"

REPLY:

The Developer of Dalriada is Ellier Developments and they are still trading.

They recently indicated that they intend to resume development shortly. SDCC Building Control section are maintaining an active interest in this scheme and will be pursuing Elliers if activities do not recommence shortly.
