QUESTION: Councillor E. Ó Broin

To ask the Chief Executive to provide a report on the taking in charge of land in Woodford estate detailing which land has been taken in charge and whether any land remains to be taken in charge and if so when this land will be taken in charge?

REPLY:

From our investigations it appears as though all of Woodford is Taken In Charge. If there is a specific part of Woodford which it is suspected has not been TIC then please provide details of this specific area.

Local maintenance issues should be directed to the relevant departments or sections.
