MOTION: Councillor Francis Noel Duffy

"That South Dublin County Council invites an appropriate representative/delegation from Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council to make a short presentation to members explaining the current arrangement concerning the staging of concerts in Marlay Park including the type of consultative process in place, listing the stakeholders involved and engaging in the said consultative process including input from residents and resident associations in the South Dublin County Council side/part of Marlay Park."

REPORT:

If the motion is approved a letter on the matter will issue to Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council and when a response is received the Members will be notified accordingly.
