QUESTION: Councillor P. Kearns

"To ask the Chief Executive to arrange for the trees that are blocking the traffic light at the junction of Glendown Avenue and Cypress Drive to be pruned as it is a serious health and safety issue?"

REPLY:

The trees at this location have been inspected and the tree in closest proximity to the traffic light is recommended for removal which will be completed as part of the upcoming winter programme of tree maintenance commencing in November.
