MOTION NO.2

MOTION: Councillor M. Devine

That the Manager schedule repairs to the footpaths and verges adjacent to St Killians Jnr School that are subjected to significant frequent ponding.

REPORT:

Roads and Public Realm Departments are liaising in relation to remedial works to the footpath at this location. Public Realm operatives have recently trimmed back the grass verge which had encroached on the pathway. Roads staff will examine the levels of the path to determine the cause of the ponding. Any remedial works will be scheduled for the summer period when schools are closed.
