"To ask the Manager if, in the context of the Review of the Pay Parking system, he will request the Roads Department to examine the feasibility of providing for on street residential parking on the main road/street in Palmerstown Village, including at Glenside Villas and Red Cow Cottages?"

All residents within the pay and display area in Palmerston Village are entitled to residents parking permit at the nominal annual charge
