That this Committee agrees to prune the tree at 4 Rowlagh Crescent this month, residents are afraid it will come in through the window one of these days

REPORT:

The tree outside 4 Rowlagh Crescent has been examined. Nothing was identified in the course of the inspection which would suggest that this tree or the adjoining tree are unstable and at risk of falling.

No works are therefore proposed at this time.
