MOTION: Councillor C. Jones

"That the Manager will address the footpaths in Ardeevin where disrepair is evident particularly in areas where works were carried out for water meters."

REPORT:

The Area Engineer has been requested to inspect the location. If reinstatements at water meters are inadequate, Irish Water will be contacted and requested to remedy the work. Any other repairs that are necessary will be added to the works programme and will be subject to the availability of resources.
