Proposed disposal of lands adjacent to The Square Shopping Centre, Tallaght to the National Asset Property Management Ltd (a subsidiary of NAMA) - Variation on Terms
At it's meeting on 14th October last the Council agreed the Manager's report on the disposal of the Council's interest in the lands that comprise the carpark of The Square to the National Asset Property Management Ltd (a subsidiary of NAMA)---minute number H9c)/1013 refers.
One of the conditions of the agreement (Term No 5) was that the disposal would be completed within three months of receiving the sanction of both the Council and the Board of NAMA to the disposal.
Because of unforeseen legal difficulties, it has not been possible to comply with this condition. Accordingly, it is proposed to delete this condition from the terms agreed.
It is anticipated that the disposal will be completed in the very near future.
