MOTION: Councillor T. Gilligan

That this Committee agrees to erect a wall on the patio area of the Valhalla housing complex, facing onto residents in Castle Grove, so that no one can look over into residents gardens.

REPORT:

Following protracted efforts to address issues which were not identified at either design, tender or construction stage a final  suitable remedy having regard to the capacity of building design has now been identified and is on order.

A trellis / fence will be in situ on / before 11th April 2014.
