"That the Manager give a report on The Paddocks on how progress can be made in having the area brought to a standard that reflects the fact that this is a residential area where people are paying Property Tax and expect that the Local authority act on their behalf to make the area habitable."

REPORT:

SDCC are engaged with the Liquidator at present in having a schedule of outstanding snag works drawn up aimed at bringing the Paddocks to Taking In Charge standard. SDCC are satisfied that the range of services necessary such as running water, functional sewage systems, footpaths, Roads to base course level etc comply with the minimum requirements necessary for Property Tax to be paid in the Paddocks.
