MOTION: Councillor E. Ó Broin

This Committee agrees that the Council provide continuous footpaths on both sides of Newcastle Main Street from the roundabout at the junction of Newcastle Boulevard and Newcastle Manor through to the junction with Hazelhatch Road.

REPORT:

There are currently continuous footpaths along the Newcastle Main Street from Newcastle Boulevard to Hazelhatch Road. However the condition of the paths is currently the subject of review as part of the ongoing Villages Improvement Initiative.
