QUESTION: Councillor D. Looney

To ask the Manager to publish the Section 142 Register for 2013 as soon as possible on the Council website, and to again consider a more user-friendly presentation of all Councillor expenses and remuneration on the website?

REPLY:

Following an end of year reconciliation of all Members expenses and the completion of the final quarter accruals it is expected that the Section 142 Register will be published on the Council website within the coming days.

Corporate Services and the IT Section have reviewed the current placement of the information on the Council's website and consider that the current format/placement is satisfactory and fit for purpose under the current provisions. However, if the Councillor wishes to make comments or suggestions I would be obliged if he would contact the Administrative Officer, Corporate Services directly to discuss.
