MOTION: Councillor C. Jones

"That this Committee urgently calls on the Government for a response to the housing rental crisis in the Lucan Electoral Area with regard to the unavailability of private rental properties, the unreasonable rent rates, the poor standards in many cases and the lack of social housing."
