MOTION NO. 17

MOTION: Councillor T. Gilligan

That this Committee agrees to address the issue of the huge trees towering over the houses (*address supplied), either remove or replant or prune to a height that does not over look the houses as leaves are falling into the gardens.

REPORT:

Following an inspection of the trees in question it is proposed to remove limbs on two of the trees.  A third tree will be removed entirely.  The remaining trees appear to be healthy from a visual perspective and do not require any pruning.  As the works in question require the use of a hoist they will be listed for the autumn period 2014.
