MOTION: Councillor T. Gilligan

That the Manager contacts the owners of Cappagh Lodge to secure the area, following on from an accident where a car hit a stray horse dashing out of the site.

REPORT:

The Cappagh Lodge land is not in the ownership of the County Council.  The problem of horses on the land will be taken up with the owner.
