MOTION: Councillor E. Ó Broin

This Committee agrees that the Manager shall present a report for discussion at the meeting on the completion of Ballynakelly/Newcastle Lyons estate with respect to the estate being taken in charge by the Council; detailing contacts between the Council and the receivers on the completion of all outstanding works on the site - and the Council and the Department of Environment with respect to the Departments on-going work on unfinished estates.

REPORT:

The Taking in Charge headed item report relating to taking in charge on the agenda for this meeting addresses the taking in charge issues with the development in question and it is respectfully suggested that this motion be debated in conjunction with the headed item.
