To ask the Manager if he can provide information on the amount of money paid in damages to persons who took legal action/or sued the Council seeking compensation for injuries from falls or other accidents on footpaths in the county, during the period 2009 to 2012?

The following are the amounts paid out to claimants for the period 2009 - 2012, in relation to accidents on public footpaths
