Location: Adamstown Square 3, Lucan, Co. Dublin Proposed Development: Minor amendments to planning permission, Reg. Ref. SDZ10A/0001, comprising:  changes of house types 1-9 only (relating to 132 dwellings - 3 no. 2 bed houses, 119 no. 3 bed houses and 10 no. 4 bed houses out of a total of 177 dwellings as permitted) involving increases in height of dwellings of between 205mm and 535mm;  elevation changes;  reduction in gross floor area of dwellings of between 0.4sq.m. and 5.3sq.m.;  incorporation of solar panels and change in roof pitch of house types 1, 2 & 3 all on a site measuring 3.98 hectares and bound to the south by Adamstown Avenue, to the east by Adamstown Park, to the west by Adamstown Boulevard and to the north by Adamstown Way with an existing 4 storey commercial building situated to the southwest of the site at the corner of Adamstown Avenue and Adamstown Boulevard. This applicaiton is made in accordance with the provisions of the Adamstown SDZ Scheme 2003, as amended. The development will take place entirely within the boundaries of the Adamstown Strategic Development Zone as defined by Statutory Instrument No. 272 of 2001.   Decision Due on or before: 24-Jan-2013
