QUESTION: Councillor B. Bonner

To ask the Manager what the situation is regarding the missing railing at the bus stop adjacent to Riversdale Estate?  I had alerted the council to this extreme hazard last year and had been assured that the area would be made safe. Can the Manager confirm whether the railings at this location have been replaced? 

REPLY:

The Area Engineer has inspected the location of the bus stop at the Riversdale Estate. A replacement section of railing has been acquired and will be installed prior to the Christmas break
