MOTION: Councillor C. King

"That this Committee calls on the Manager to put a plan in place in keeping with proposals made by the MacUllium 'Amplifying Voices' group to either remove or alter what is known locally as the 'cage of death' in the playground to ensure children can use the excellent play facilities in place without fear of intimidation, harassment or bullying".

REPORT:

Arrangements have been made to meet the co-ordinator of the ' Amplifying Voices' group on site this week. The purpose of the meeting is examine the item of play equipment referred to in the motion in detail to enable the necessary modifications, as requested by local children,  to be carried out as soon as possible.
