That the Manager indicates the timeline for the taking in charge of the remaining privately held green spaces in the De Selby estate - noting the serious inconvenience to residents due to lack of consistent grass-cutting.

REPORT:

It is the responsibility of the developer to maintain the open spaces to standard until such time as the taking in charge process has been completed. The devleoper will be reminded of his obligations as part of the discussions to progress this mater.
