QUESTION NO. 9
QUESTION: Councillor B. Bonner
To ask the Manager if bollards or double yellow lines could be put at the top of the Boot Road near the junction with the Naas Road in the vicinity of the large Clondalkin namestone in order to deter illegal parking in that vicinity?
REPLY:
Boot Road at its southern end where it makes a junction with the Naas Road (N7) and Old Naas Road is marked with continuous white centre lines and parking is thereby prohibited. The continuous lines are in place between Rockfield Drive and Naas Road (N7). This is considered adequate and general parking has not been observed. If specific incidents are identified they should be reported to the Garda.
