This Committee calls on the Manager to pursue the owners of two sites on the Ninth Lock Road, the CB packaging site and the ESB sub station,  under section 23 of the Litter Act as there is litter clearly visible from the road.

REPORT:

The Council's Litter Warden, following site inspections  of CB Packaging Site and ESB sub-station site,  carried out on the l0th and 11th November respectively,  found both to be free of litter.
