Proposed Development: Construction of 88 houses comprising 3 no. 2 storey detached four bed houses,  6 no. 2/3 storey semi detached five bed houses,  20 no. 2 storey semi detached four bed houses,  4 no. 2 storey detached three bed houses,  44 no. 2 storey semi detached three bed houses,  6 no. 2 storey end terrace three bed houses and 5 no. 2 storey mid terrace three bed houses. The application also includes the provision of two vehicular entrances,  four pedestrian entrances,  a childrens play area,  refuse stores and all associated site works above and below ground level at a 2.9 ha site bounded generally by Ballycullen Road to the west, Stocking Avenue to the north, site zoned for primary school use to the east and undeveloped lands to the south at Ballycullen, Dublin 16.
