That the Manager provides a report on publicly accessible crime statistics gathered through / supplied to the JPC and local policing fora in the County

REPORT:

An Garda Síochána provide reports to the quarterly meetings of the South Dublin Joint Policing Committee on recent reported crimes statistics. Comparative statistics from the same period in the previous year are also provided. These reports are available on CMAS prior to the JPC meetings.

Meetings of the Joint Policing Committee are open to the public except in special circumstances.

An Garda Síochána also attend Local Policing Forum public meetings in Tallaght and Clondalkin. Verbal reports on recent reported crime levels are delivered at these meetings.
