MOTION: Councillor T. Gilligan

That the Manager outline why Mayfield Caravan Park is not under council ownership after 7 years and outline the plans for taking it in charge

REPORT:

Mayfield Caravan Park no longer exists and it is assumed that the Motion refers to the Council's Mayfield housing estate.  The Council owns the houses and the land on which they are built.  

The estate will be surveyed and included in the relevant maintenance schedules for future maintenance. Any major remedial works required to the infrastructure/public realm will be considered in the context of resources availoable.
