That this Committee calls on the Manager to give details of any changes that are in progress for Membersnet enquiries and to provide information to the members of this Committee regarding the principle contact person for each Department, to whom enquiries may be directed.

REPORT:

The Membersreps system handled 4080 queries in 2012 and 4488 queries in 2013 to date. In anticipation of the increase in elected members due in 2014 it is envisaged that a review of the workings of the system will be carried out. Part of this review will include the implementation of a 'Commitments' module.
