QUESTION: Councillor M. Duff

"To ask the Manager to make a report regarding the ownership of the large advertising billboard, sited on the gable wall of Meagher's Pharmacy in Castletymon Shopping Centre and could he report if it is possible to have this advertising billboard removed, in an effort to enhance the appearance of the Shopping Centre?"

This matter will be investigated and  if necessary any appropriate action available to the Council will be taken.
